Terminal Evaluation of UNEP Project: SWITCH to Sustainable Policies and Innovation for Resource Efficiency in Asia - Regional Policy Support Component

The SWITCH-Asia Regional Policy Support Component is the third component of the EU SWITCH-Asia Programme, which has a long-term goal to increase sustainable consumption and production in Asia i.e. to develop less polluting and more resource-efficient products, processes and services, and to change sustainable consumption patterns and behaviour. In accordance with the agreement signed with the EC and in line with the UNEP Evaluation Policy and the UNEP Programme Manual, this ‘Terminal Evaluation’ is undertaken at completion of the project to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability.
