Del texto de la mencionada conferencia se han escogido los destinos visitados por este intelectual en el Norte de África. Algunos aspectos sobresalientes en el análisis del relato están constituidos por el “orientalismo” de su descripción de Argel, Túnez y Egipto, el rol del público femenino a quien está destinado y la peculiar personalidad del viajero. Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the conference on Ernesto Quesada’s trip around the world in 1912. He was an outstanding member of the Argentine Generation of the 80’s. From the text of the aforementioned conference the North African destinations visited by this intellectual have been chosen.
