Resumen: La prohibición legal de fumar —vigente hoy en medio mundo, incluida la Ciudad de Buenos Aires— tiene implicancias que van mucho más allá de la cuestión del cigarrillo (1). Implicancias morales, políticas y jurídicas, que este trabajo analizará de un modo desordenado, acaso excusado por una exigencia razonable: que esta nota sea más o menos corta.
