PERSPECTIVES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERESTING METAL SULPHIDES IN SEMICONDUCTORS IN BOLIVIA
Analysis of existing potential precursors in Bolivia, and processes for obtaining semiconductor metal sulfides (In2S3, SnS2 and CuInS2) were made, key materials in the energy field, photovoltaic panels, photocatalytic processes, systems Lithium ion accumulation and others were done. Two methods of synthesis (chemical bath deposition and solvothermal) were developed, evaluating the role of precursors, complexing agents, and sulfur source, characterizing the crystallinity, morphology, and semiconducting properties of the products obtained.
