One of its four walkways, leading to the Cenotaph at the center, is featured prominently in the foreground. In the background, obscured by bushes, there is a residence and what looks like a church. The monument was installed on 28 June 1924 at what was once called the Small Savannah which was renamed “War Memorial Park". Funding for this project has been provided by Mrs. Irma E.
