Premature End To Pan Convention: Committee To Study New Constitution
The two-day second biennial convention of Pan Trinbago ended prematurely on its first day and an interim committee was appointed to study the proposed new Constitution of the steelband body. The 50-plus delegates at the meeting requested that the old executive go out of office until the Constitution was ready.
