Sam Franks, President of the St. Kitts Chamber of Industry and Commerce explains in an interview the role his organization is playing as a broker between the two main political parties during the country’s political crisis. Manufacturers in Trinidad and Tobago are concerned that while their government is reducing its import tariffs the same may not be happening in CARICOM.
