Starlift Gets a $1.2 M Home

A $1.2 million building which will house PCS Starlift Steel Orchestra on a piece of land worth over $1 million dollars will lie idle until Ash Wednesday. Minister of Culture, Joan Yuille Williams was shown the newly built pan theatre.
