A black mother and her two sons who claimed that they were unlawfully humiliated – family members were brutally assaulted and wrongfully imprisoned eight years ago during the Broadwater Farm riots, Tottenham London have won substantial damages in court in London. The family’s lawyer Raju Bhatt said the damages were a reflection on the level of police misconduct.
