An exploration of adolescent self-concept at a rural co-ed secondary school in eastern Trinidad

This extended literature review explored adolescent self-concept at a rural secondary school in East Trinidad. The findings suggest that a lack of self-esteem, self-efficacy, and self-control contribute to poor self-concept, which resulted in the retardation of adolescent development.
