Circulariteit van diervoedergrondstoffen : Ontwikkeling van een gedeelde werkdefinitie met hulp van de KringloopToets

This report is the result of the search for a conceptual framework to describe the circularity of animal feed with the help of the Nutrient Cycle Assessment Tool. The desire to offer action perspectives to stakeholders in the animal production chain under the current market conditions and to approach circularity separately from other sustainability issues, creates a field of tension with the broad, integrated food system approach to circularity, where the current market is subordinate to the contribution to global food supply. At the same time, this friction is also an excellent starting point to critically question circularity approaches in animal production chains and thus contribute to circularity in a broad sense.
