The Netherlands is applying the reformed Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) with effect from 2006. Besides directives adopted at European level, national choices could be made. The impact of these choices on: producers' income, supplying and processing industries, market orientation and sustainability are analyzed for the sectors: arable farming, dairy farming and livestock farming for meat.
