“Clima Organizacional del Despacho Administrativo de la Dirección Departamental de Educación de Suchitepéquez
For the structuring of the present study is taken as a basis the departmental direction of education of Suchitepéquez regulator of all technical and administrative activities of the Public Sector and private education. It is given to know that the institution serves in general throughout the educational community, the same manifest areas of opportunity within their activities, therefore, the inclination to the study of teamwork and the influence that has on the development of the organizational climate focuses the quality of service that the institution provides both users internal and external of the same. While it is true, influential part of any team's work goes beyond search a good for the institution because this may also refer right or wrong of it, and also to create a work environment that is healthy or bad since while it is better the relationship and the support that you have come each Member of the team sought the most efficient way to provide a quality service. Each chapter details each step of information presenting the study and the importance of each factor within an institution and the circumstances that affect it directly to the neglect and lack of practice of each process to make an institution an important entity.
