Report on attempt to activate radio experiment in Dezful

Report on an experiment using radio for adult education in functional literacy programmes in a village in Iran, which did not work out for lack of competent personnel. Presents the teaching methods, teaching skills and teaching experience needed in order to provide teaching quality by radio. Suggests the instructional programmes and teaching guide relevant in radio programmes for teaching procedures. Mentions the aim of the radio experiment which is to see if teacher education can be done partly by radio, including teacher developed materials. Stresses the importance of teacher motivation and student motivation as well as the necessity for student participation in learning activities. Includes adults rural broadcast experiment's questionnaires
