Report of the 13th meeting of the Joint Committee of the OAU, ECA and UNIDO Secretariats on the Implementation of the Programme for the Industrial Development Decade for Africa ( IDDA )
The main objectives of the 13th meeting as being the formulation of concrete action and measures on the basis of innovative ideas and proposals on how to sensitize African governments, the private sector, national institutions as well as subregional, regional and international organizations in the implementation of the Programme for the Second IDDA.
