United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), United Nations Development Program {UNDP), World Food Program (WFP), World Bank and International Labour Organization (ILO). The following intergovernmental organizations were also represented the Trans-African Highway Authority (TAHA), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the Organization of African Unity (OAU), the African. Development Bank (ADB)r the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Preferential Trade Area for Eastern and Southern African States (PTA) and the International Road Federation (IRF).
