Fifth I.D.E.P. course in economic planning
The United Nations' African institute for Economic Development and Planning (I. D. E. P.) organizes every year in Dakar a nine-month course on the practical applications of planning techniques. This course is primarily intended for senior officials of Miniseries of Planning and similar bodies in Africa, or for students holding a university degree in economies and interested in obtaining a post in the planning services.
