Draft rules and resolutions of the African road fund. In accordance with the provisions of article 15 of the constitution of the Trans-African Highway Authority (Mombasa-Lagos) establishing an African road fund the purpose of the present rules and regulations which constitute an integral part thereof is to set forth the administrative rules and procedures applicable to the fund. The purpose of the fund is while being of a non-profit-making nature and by calling on capital markets and the Authority’s own resources from sources specified in the provisions of article 6 of these rules.
