Statement by Mr. Abdoulie Janneh, UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of ECA at the Eleventh Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union. Mr. Janneh, on his remarks highlighted that, Africa is once again at the crossroads.
