Draft rules of procedure of the conference
The Governments of member States of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. shall be eligible to full membership of the Pledging Conference and African or African-associated Finance Institutions established to promote economic and social development in the African Regional shall be eligible to membership as associate members of the conference.
