Review of ECA activities in 1983 and programme of work in 1984 for the African least developed countries
The main objective of the study was to review the prevailing economic and social conditions and a selected range of policies undertaken by the African LDCs, and to have an overall assessment of the performance (.f these countries as flow whole with emphasis on the main achievements, shortcoming and difficulties that they experienced. The findings of the survey has been submitted to this meeting in Document.
