Draft : federation of African chambers of commerce proposed medium term plan 1986-1991
The main objective of the Federation is to promote intra-African co-operation in trade and investments. The secretariat will have to devise ways and means of easing trade and investments information flows between member-Chambers with a view to creating conditions conducive to the development of intra-African trade and joint ventures in productive sectors. The issue to be addressed is the lack of trade and investments information coupled with insufficient and ineffective contacts between Afri8an businessmen.
