Financial and manpower reqirements for the implementation of the work programme of the Lusaka based MULPOC
The work programme of the Lusaka-based MULPOC was established by conference of expert and ministers held in May 1974 and in April 1976 subsequent to these meetings a special meeting of experts was held in July 1976 to select priority projects for 1977 taking into account the limited manpower f and financial resource which were available for the project.
