The seventh meeting of the Lusaka -based MULPOC council of minister was held in Addis Ababa Ethiopia from 12-14 March 1984.it was a regular meeting of the Lusaka -Base MULPOC council of ministers convened in accordance with resolution 311(XIII)on the ECA multinational programming and operational centers (MULPOCs)adopted by the fourth meeting of the ECA conference of ministers held in March 1977 in Kinshasa Zaire.
