Problems relating to the establishment of the Europe-Africa permanent link through the strait of Gibraltar : synthesis and evaluation of available studies

This provisional report is a follow-up to preliminary document DEC/TRANSCOM/ESC/83/4(A) describing the activities of the Economic Commission for Africa and the Economic Commission for Africa and the Economic Commission for Europe in evaluating the permanent link project up to 30 April 1983. The report contains the initial results of joint efforts by the two Economic Commissions based on the following; studies conducted by or on behalf of the Spanish and Moroccan Governments, co-sponsors of the project and evaluation of those studies by technically qualified independent consultants.
