Report on the follow-up by the Economic Commission for Africa to the resolutions of the special meeting of the Permanent Representatives of the member States to the Economic Commission for Africa

The present report highlights progress in the implementation by the secretariat of the Economic Commission for Africa of the resolutions adopted at the special meeting of the permanent representatives of the member states to the Economic Commission for Africa. The special meeting adopted three resolutions of the Economic Commission for Africa relating to the proposed program of work and proposed program budget for the biennium 2018–2019. The resolutions were submitted to the General Assembly for review and endorsement. This report highlights progress made on the implementation of the resolutions. The present report is submitted to the conference of African ministers of finance, planning and economic development at the fifty-first session of the commission, for information.
