This document focuses on promoting the African peer review mechanism codes and standards on corporate governance in Southern Africa. The report is based on a study that was carried out for a workshop, whose objectives were to promote the adoption and adaptation of overall and specific good governance policies and programmes in the Southern African sub region; and also to support the promotion of the African Peer Review Mechanism codes and standards on corporate governance in the subregion.
