Aide-memoire : twenty-ninth meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts (ICE)
This paper focuses on the Twenty-Ninth meeting of the intergovernmental committee of experts (ICE) on the theme of the industrialization for a sustainable and inclusive development in North Africa. The choice of this theme arises from the fact that industrialization is a compulsory step towards the structural transformation of African economies. The overall objective of the ICE Meeting is to analyze the recent development and trends of the socio-economic conditions in North Africa, in order to elaborate suitable recommendations on policies and strategies for a sustainable and inclusive development and a more significant integration of the economies of the sub-region countries.
