Report of the fourth Meeting of the Lusaka-Based MULPOC Council of Ministers and Second Extraordinary Meeting of Ministers of Trade, Finance and Planning

The joint meeting of the second extraordinary meeting of Ministers of Trade, Finance and Planning and the fourth meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Lusaka-based MULPOC was held in Maseru, Kingdom of Lesotho, from 10 to 22 January 1981. The meeting was formally opened at 11.20 hours on 19 January, 19819 by the Right Honorable Dr Leabua Jonathan, Prime Minister, Kingdom, of Lesotho. The Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa, Professor Adebayo Adedeji also delivered an opening statement.
