The First Conference of Ministers of the Economic Commission for Africa in resolution 232(X) requested the Executive Secretary to work out a detailed and comprehensive action programme for the 1970rs in favor of the least developed of the African member States and present a report to the Ministerial Meeting of the African Group of the Group of 771 preparatory to the third session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
