Joint report on the implementation of the declaration of the OAU summit on the employment crisis in Africa
The purpose of this joint report is to present to the Eighth Meeting of the Follow-up Committee of Ten of the Conference of Ministers Responsible for Human Resources Planning, Development and Utilization a brief exposition on the nature of the activities carried out by ECA, OAU and ILO-JASPA on the implementation of the Summit Declaration.
