Report of the working group on household surveys : Addis Ababa, 16 - 20 October 1989
The working group on household surveys was held at ECA headquarters, Addis Ababa, from 16-20 October 1989. The meeting was opened by Mr. Adebayo Adedeji, United Nations under secretary general and executive secretary of the Economic commission for Africa. The meeting was being organized within the framework of the African Household -Survey Capability Programme (AHSCP) and was financed by the United Nations Development programme for under the project Statistical Development Programme for Africa (SDFA). He took the opportunity to thank the UNDP for its valuable contributions to the development of AHSCP.
