Report of the fifth conference of African statisticians
The Executive Secretary drew attention to current developments in statistical and demographic training, particularly with respect to the establishment of improved facilities at professional level. He also reported the successful implementation of UN fellowship arrangements for the 1967/68 courses following the financial changes discussed by the fourth session of the Conference.
