Proposals for updating the 1988- 1989 Programme Budget
The purpose of this paper is to report on the reactions to these decisions and their implications for the programme. In this context, the paper is in two parts'- one on the additional outputs which were formulated on the basis of the suggestions and proposals of the Conference of Ministers, and the second on the additional outputs which have been formulated as A result of new resources from extra-budgetary sources and/or the omissions from the original proposals which were later discovered.
