Adolescent and adult EFL leaners' vocabulary learning and teaching beliefs
The purpose of this paper is to explore the beliefs and perceptions of students of two different age groups (adolescents and adults) enrolled in different educational institutions about the learning and teaching of vocabulary. A sample of 81 adolescent and 29 adult respondents participated in the study. The data were collected by means of a structured closed-ended questionnaire responded by all the participants and open-ended interviews to a subset of the group.
