Annotated Bibliografhy on natural resources and the environment in Guyana
The world has entered a new and very dynamie information age exemplified by Internet and de World Wide Web. Guyana, like most developing countries, is making strides to become part of this international system. If it does not, it is told, Guayanese will be left behind in the development process. While this may be true, one could argue that too muchemphasis is being placed on the technology and not enough on the information itself.
