Additionally, the MALDI mass spectra of bioconjugates (Figs. S1-S3) are provided. Immunoassay characterization (Fig. S4), influence of methanol and acetonitrile on the Amax and IC50 values of the selected d-cELISA and i-cELISA (Fig. S5), and strawberry matrix effects over the selected d-cELISA and i-cELISA (Fig. S6). Moreover, data of proquinazid contents found in blind strawberry samples extracted by QuEChERS (Table S1) and the NMR spectra of the haptens and the corresponding N-hydoxysuccinimidyl esters are included.
