The purpose of this report is to analyze the outlook for the colombian labor market by 2016, having as reference both economic and sector forecasts and the results of Fedesarrollo’s opinion polls. In addition, some implications of the recent minimum wage fixing are discussed and several challenges the country will face this year are suggested.
