Trade and the enviroment: case study Colombia the impact of carbón tax on the energy sector

The U.N. has chosen Colombia to prepare a series of case studies illustrating the relationships between trade and the environment. The studies are to be designed to illuminate two aspects of this relation. Part one studies are to investigate the effect that international enviromental regulations may have on the domestic encomy.
