Small-scale Family Farming
The factsheet presents briefly the overall objective of the Regional Initiative within the context of the NENA Region. It contextualizes indeed the Region, its economic, political and social challanges presenting the difference that the Initiative would make in the region through its contribution to poverty reduction, employment generation particularly for youth and women, and inclusive growth as well as reducing rural-urban migration. The factsheets also shows the linkages and the contributions of the Initiative to SDG1 and SDG2, the results that it achieved during the past biennium 2014-15 and the main activities conducted within the RI.
