Improving food and nutrition knowledge to enhance the diets of Nauru's population

The publication summarizes the results of a TCP mission to Nauru on improving food and nutrition knowledge to help effect a change in the dietary intake of the people of Nauru. Lessons from the project are used to show how this example may he helpful for improving nutrition and stemming the tide of non-communicable disease in Pacific Island SIDS.
