Description and analysis of the poultry trading network in the Lake Alaotra region, Madagascar: implication for surveillance and control of Newcastle disease : [Part A - Oral presentations]

In Madagascar, Newcastle disease is a major constraint on people livelihood. We combined Network Analysis (NA) techniques with a classification method and a logistic model, to identify 3 nodes (set of villages), among 347, to focus on for the surveillance and control of Newcastle disease in a pilot area, the Lac Alaotra region.
