Treize années de pollinisation artificielle de l'hévéa à l'IRCA Côte d'Ivoire

Cet article présente un bilan de 13 années de pollinisation artificielle menée à l'IRCA en Côte d'Ivoire. Si les taux de réussite à la pollinisation artificielle restent faibles, les plans de croisement ont permis d'obtenir 318 familles différentes dont 156 présentent un effectif suffisant pour leur évaluation. Parmi ces 156 familles, 70 sont de types Wickham x Amazonien. La valeur des familles Wickham x Amazonien est comparée aux familles de type Wickham x Wickham au niveau de la croissance et de la production en champ d'évaluation précoce de seedlings
