Volatile constituent of dates from Phoenix dactylifera grown in Elche
The chemical composition of the volatile metabolites from dates of #Phoenix dactylifera# grown in Elche, was investigated by GC and GC-MS analyses. Ethanol, isobutanol and isopentanol are the main compounds.
