L'industrie de transformation du caoutchouc à l'heure thaïlandaise

A l'occasion du premier symposium franco-thailandais sur la technologie du caoutchouc, on fait le point sur la production actuelle de caoutchouc naturel (855 000 tonnes en 1987) en Thaïlande et surtout sur l'utilisation locale du caoutchouc naturel (39551 t en 1986). Plus de la moitié va dans les pneumatiques, viennent ensuite les élastiques (14, 5%), les produits au trempé (13, 4%), la chaussure (11, 5%). La conjoncture est très favorable pour un développement de la coopération franco thaïlandaise en matière de transformation du caoutchouc
