Contribution à l'étude de la population microbienne du rumen des zébus malgaches
Cinquante prélèvements de contenu de rumen de zébus malgaches ont été analysés par méthode microbiologique. Le dénombrement total de la micropopulation ne révèle pas de différences importantes avec celle rapportée chez les taurins. Par contre le nombre de streptocoques, lactobacilles et coliformes est inférieur à celui couramment observé chez les taurins
