Más allá de las manzanas, las peras y los kiwis: las frutas del Jardín Botánico Regional “Roger Orellana”
La colección de frutales no convencionales del Jardín Botánico Regional “Roger Orellana” del Centro de Investigación Científica de Yucatán A.C. (CICY) en Mérida, Yucatán, está integrada por 27 especies, que corresponden a especies nativas y adoptadas, algunas muy conocidas como el nance y otras que han ido desapareciendo de la dieta de la mayoría de los que vivimos en las ciudades de la Península.
