Some Thoughts on CGIAR Support for the Non-Associated Centers
TAC Secretariat note on the assessment of non associated centers as candidates for CGIAR support. It suggests research and research-related indicators that could be used as criteria to assess eligibility. The note also discusses the implications for TAC of undertaking this task, and makes suggestions for actions to be taken and procedures to be followed.
