Establishment of an Impact Assessment and Evaluation Group (IAEG) was approved, and three members appointed. The Group approved virtual full funding for 1996. It received reports from the CDC, CBC, Oversight and Finance Committees, PARC and TAC. A new Centers Forum held separate sessions on genetic resources, NRM management, partnerships with NGOs, and upstream research.
