ANI-CD is described as a unique and authoritative database of preferred names for arthropods of agricultural, medical and veterinary importance. The CD-ROM is aimed at, amongst others, university/scientific institute researchers, extension workers and those working in agriculture and human health. Once connected to the Internet, subscription to CAB Access provides weekly updates of the journals as well as the required software to search the documents.
